About SafePrime
SafePrime was an early hardware wallet effort associated with Bitmain, using a modified version of the open-source Multibit Bitcoin wallet client to manage keys on the device. These downloads date from around 2016 and are provided here for legacy/archival purposes -- Multibit itself has long been discontinued and is no longer actively maintained or recommended for securing meaningful amounts of cryptocurrency. For current hardware wallet needs, actively maintained options such as Trezor or Ledger are the standard recommendation.
